- Development conditions

In the event that the brand does not have a completely defined visual identity, Cofana Labs will be able to make recommendations to achieve a professional and consistent image, without this implying a branding service or creation of corporate identity.
The winning person must provide all the information necessary for the development of the project, including, among others:
- Logo (if you have it).
- Corporate colors or visual references.
- Final texts.
- Business information.
- Contact data.
- Links to Social Networks.
- Images, if they have them.
The prize includes Up to two rounds of revisions about the presented design.
Modifications involving structural changes, new sections or additional functionalities may be budgeted separately.
- Delivery of the project
Communication and development of the project will preferably be carried out online.
However, if the winning person wishes and can travel, Cofana Labs can hold face-to-face meetings at their facilities, located in Calle Cristóbal Bordiú 35, office 623, 28003 Madrid (Spain), in order to facilitate the definition of the project, resolve doubts and accompany the winning person during the development process.
Conducting face-to-face meetings will be subject to availability and must be previously arranged with Cofana Labs.
The development of the project must begin within a maximum period of 60 calendar days from the acceptance of the prize. Otherwise, Cofana Labs may consider that the winning person waives the prize.
- Domain and hosting
Cofana Labs will manage the registration of the domain and the web hosting included in the award during the first year, at no cost to the winning person.
At the end of this period, the winning person may renew both services with Cofana Labs paying the rate in force at that time Or, if you prefer, transfer the domain and the accommodation to the provider you consider appropriate, assuming in both cases the corresponding costs.
The renewal will be completely optional and will not imply any commitment of permanence or contracting with Cofana Labs.
